For the rest of you out there … Thank you for being honest. Here is a quick 5 minute full-body workout that you can do anywhere, without any equipment.

Try this in the morning before you get in the shower and you have added 35 minutes of cardio to your week ☺

You will need:

  • 5 minutes
  • A little pep in your step
  • 5 burpees
  • 5 mountain climbers per leg
  • 5 push ups
  • 5 jump squats
  • 5 alternating jump lunges per leg

 

Move through the entire workout with no rest. Once you finish all five exercises, rest 15 seconds and repeat again for a total of 5 times. To make this work out a bit more intense – add weights!

These moves also work really well to incorporate as 30 second cardio bursts between your lifting sets.
